Choice Application

The new Adams 12 Schools of Choice Application is accessed by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  If you are new to the district and do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal log-in, you will be allowed to create one.  You will find the Choice Application on the left side of the page after you log-in to the Parent Portal.

If you have questions about the Schools of Choice program, please contact the Schools of Choice/Enrollment Office at 720-972-4055.  If you have technical problems, for example, issues logging into the parent portal, please call IT Help at 720-972-4120.  Due to a high volume of inquiries it may take 24-72 hours to return your call.  Choice is not a first-come, first-served process.  Please rest assured that you will not lose out on your chance at Choice as all applications are considered at the same time on February 1st.
