School Lunch is Less Expensive!

School meals are convenient, safe and economical. We are proud of the fact that school meals are packed with vital nutrients (are nutrient dense), maintained at safe and proper food temperatures and are a time-saver (convenient) for parents. They cost approximately half of the cost of a fast food meal. In comparison with home lunches they save almost one-third of the price of home-packed lunches and even more when the time to shop for the groceries, gas and time to get to and from the store (and time to make the lunch!) are added to the total cost.

NOTICE: A $20.00 processing and collection fee will be charged for every check returned by the bank. Students with unpaid non-sufficient fund checks or return check fees will be placed on a CASH basis until the check and fees are repaid. Two non-sufficient fund checks per family in any school year will cause the family to be placed on a 'cash only' basis for the rest of the school year. Unpaid non-sufficient fund checks and fees are automatically referred to a collection agency for payment.
