Here's how the enrollment process for the Five Star District works:

  • Step 1: Check your address on our boundary locator to determine which school your student will attend. Our locator is online at
    http://www.adams12.org/en/boundary_locator.
  • Step 2: Pick up an enrollment packet at one of our school locations or download the forms from our website. You will need only one Household Information Packet and individual Student Information Packets for each student.
  • Step 3: Complete your forms and gather the necessary documentation. Documentation includes: Parent/Guardian Photo ID; Child’s Birth Certificate; Proof of Residency; Immunization Records; and prior school records.
  • Step 4: Take your completed enrollment forms and all required documentation to your student’s school.

School Repairs:

Project Status: 

Construction of the eight-classroom addition to Eagleview Elementary School began at the beginning of March 2006. The existing eight mobile classrooms were removed upon the completion of the new addition. A new playground and irrigation system was constructed in place of the mobiles. New tackable surfaces were installed in the corridors, data cables were upgraded, and a new electronic building control system was installed in the existing building. The computer lab was also upgraded. This project was completed on schedule in August 2006.

Playgrounds:
Improvements were made in playgrounds, eliminating worn-out or hazardous equipment, and providing access to students with disabilities.

Improve Classrooms and Interior Space:
Walls were painted in most instructional areas, corridors, and office spaces. Stair rubber nosing and carpet transition strips were replaced as needed.

Information Technology:
Network wiring for computers was upgraded as necessary, which included replacing obsolete networking equipment.

Mechanical/Electrical:
All heating and air conditioning systems were upgraded and repaired as necessary. Electrical service panels and equipment were upgraded as necessary to meet current standards.

Exterior Site Work and Repair:
All exterior sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other paved areas were repaired as necessary.
