Community can vote on finalists for new P-8 school name, mascot

The name and mascot suggestions are in for the new P-8 school under construction in the Anthem community of Broomfield. Nearly 100 name and mascot suggestions were submitted for the new school. Now parents, students and community members will get a chance to vote on their top choices.

Steady progress on STEM Lab renovation and expansion

The first phase of the STEM Lab renovation and expansion cleared a major hurdle in August as construction crews successfully prepared the school to welcome back students and staff despite ongoing construction.

As learning gets back under way, construction continues inside and outside the building.

Contractor selected for 2018 school renovation projects

Adams 12 Five Star Schools has selected Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for six school renovation projects scheduled to take place in Summer 2018.

AP will be responsible for renovation projects to take place at Mountain View, North Mor, North Star, Stukey, Westview and Woodglen elementary schools.

Construction on the new FutureForward at Washington Square career and technical education campus in Thornton took large strides forward in the months of December and January.
