Read&Write for Google Chrome: Read&Write for Google Chrome is an extension that provides comprehensive reading and writing supports for Google Docs and files stored in Google Drive.
Read&Write offers a range of powerful support tools to help students gain confidence with reading, writing, studying and research, including:
- Text-to-speech to hear words, passages, or whole documents. Read aloud with easy-to-follow dual color highlighting, dictate words to assist with writing, proofreading & studying
- Text and picture dictionaries to see the meaning of words explained
- Word prediction offers suggestions for the current or next word as you type
- Collect highlights from text in documents or the web for summarizing and research
- Create and listen to voice notes directly inside of Google Docs
- Simplify and summarize text on web pages to remove ads and other copy that can be distracting

Bookshare Web Reader: Allows students to read books (novels and textbooks) instantly in a web browser (Google Chrome) utilizing the following features based on the student's needs:
- Word- and sentence-level highlighting, synchronized with built-in Audio on Google Chrome and Safari
- Beeline Reader (the Beeline Reader's colors may help students that skip or repeat lines of text while reading)
- Text options including highlighting and background themes, font sizes and Open Dyslexic Font options (text option with weighted letters)
