Transfer GT Identifications
If your student was identified as gifted in another district or state, please notify the school’s GT Coordinator. Please provide as much of the following documentation as possible:

Identification documentation from previous district

Cognitive/IQ assessment results

Achievement testing results

Behavioral rating scales

Previous Advanced Learning Plan (ALP) or similar plan created by the previous school

The parent will download, print, and complete the GT Identification: Parent Form (Spanish).

Parents and students have the opportunity to provide more input through the Parent-School Partnership (Spanish) and the Student Interview (Spanish).
The GT Coordinator will forward this information to Advanced Academic & Gifted Services (AAGS) office. Please find the transfer GT identification procedures here.
