Enrolling in Kindergarten
Adams 12 Five Star Schools requires the following information to enroll your student:
- Completed enrollment application, birth certificate
- Up-to-date immunization record
- One proof of residency
- Complete list of enrollment requirements
Adams 12 Five Star Schools does not offer early access to kindergarten. Students must be 5 years old by October 1 to enroll in kindergarten.
