Colorado's new Department of Early Childhood has an online application for families to apply for the Colorado Universal Preschool Program. ALL 4-year-olds (by Oct. 1 of the current year) qualify for 15 hours of free preschool a week in the year before they start kindergarten. Other three and four year olds that meet certain eligibility requirements may be eligible for additional hours of free preschool.
