Online Check-In

Online Check-In for the 2018-2019 school year is open from June 11-August 12

In this fast-paced world we understand our parents’ time is valuable. The online process allows parents to confirm returning student registration for school, at their convenience, from anywhere with an internet connection.

For summer 2018, the online check-in process will be expanded to include all K-12 students. Families with returning students enrolled in any K-12 district school (non-charter) for the 2018-2019 school year can use the online check-in process. The check-in process is open for summer 2018 from June 11 through August 12.

Starting on June 11, the online check-in process can be accessed through the Infinite Campus parent portal account.
 
Class schedules for students will be made available starting August 3 in the parent portal for families who have completed the online process.

What is online check-in?

Online check-in allows families to verify and update primary household and demographic information for returning students, at their convenience, from anywhere with an internet connection. Families can also update or add emergency contacts and update health information for all students in the primary household. In addition, families will sign off on mandatory forms, district policies and procedures.

Online check-in replaces the standard check-in process at schools. In order to receive class schedules before school starts, all students enrolled in eligible schools must complete the online process.

What do I need to complete the check-in process?

  • Current valid email address

  • An Infinite Campus (IC) parent portal account. *Don’t have an account, create one here. If you have an account but forgot your login information, reset your username and/or password.

    • ​If you are new to the district and need your child's ID number, contact the District Service Desk at (720) 972-4120 for assistance.

  • If you have moved, you need to upload an approved proof of residence document.  Examples: Current utility bill, mortgage statements, lease agreement, declaration of residence. For more options, visit here.  

  • Contact information for all parent(s)/guardian(s) and emergency contact(s) associated with your student(s).

What schools are eligible for online check-in?

  • All district K-12 schools (non-charter)

See below for forms and information not included in the online process:

  • 2018-2019 school calendar: for information on assessment days, observed holidays and school breaks. [Spanish]

  • Health Services and Section 504: for information on required immunizations, necessary medication forms and eligibility for those with chronic health conditions.

  • Nutrition Services: for information on free and reduced meal benefits, and how to apply.

  • Athletics - middle school students interested in intramurals must submit a parent permission form [ English | Spanish] to the school office. High school students must attend specified athletic check-ins for more information.

  • Transportation - Transportation Services will send bus passes and route information to families directly over the summer.

  • Student fees: In your portal account you may see past student fees. These are from previous school years. Fees for the 2018-19 school year won’t be visible in your account until October 2018.
