District Intramural Mission
The mission of Adams 12 Five Star Schools Middle School Intramural Program is to aid in the academic, emotional, and physical development of our middle school students through the promotion of teamwork, fun, participation, and sportsmanship. The middle school intramural program is believed to be a valuable asset to the total education process. Research has shown that middle school activities assist in fostering team building skills, problem solving skills, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Through the development of these skills, it is believed that our middle school students, who are involved in intramurals, will become confident, contributing members of Five Star community and eventually continue to participate in school activities and athletics at our high schools.
Co-ed Soccer: August-September
Co-ed Volleyball: October-November
Co-ed Basketball: January-February
Co-ed Flag Football: April-May
Students who have participated at another school, but whose school adds a varsity program, must return to the school where they are enrolled to participate.Adams 12 Five Star Schools will have a District Lacrosse program for boys and girls in school year 2018-2019. ALL students in Adams 12 who wish to play lacrosse must compete for our district team.

Children’s Hospital Colorado and Adams 12 Five Star Schools have teamed up to offer the most comprehensive physicals around. Our goal is to provide all Five Star District middle and high school students the opportunity to receive a general medical exam, an efficient orthopedic assessment and a thorough cardiovascular evaluation.
