The Facility Maintenance team is responsible for assuring that all physical aspects of district facilities function as designed throughout their Life Cycle. District maintenance technicians perform preventive maintenance and repairs in the areas of heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, mechanical, electronics, carpentry, landscaping and grounds. Personnel at schools can contact Maintenance through a district Work Order System or by calling the Maintenance Service Desk.
