Adams 12 Five Star Schools has a home for all students. 

You always have a place at your neighborhood school, but may choose to enroll your student in a school outside of your neighborhood school as long as there is sufficient programming, staff and space at the school.  See what schools are open for choice and apply today - select the appropriate button below!

Choice Process

  • The first round of choice is open from December 1 through January 2

  • Choice is NOT first come, first served. All applications received are considered together in the same random lottery
  • All families who applied in Round 1 are notified the 1st week of February and must accept their school placement within 5 days of receiving the letter
  • For more information see District Policy 5260: Choice of Schools. There is no appeals process for denied applications
*Per District Policy, in-district applications are considered before out-of-district applications. There is no appeals process for denied applications.
