Choice Schools
See below the list of schools of schools that are open to choice for new families and students. There are some circumstances where current families may apply to schools that are not on the list:

If your family has a sibling at a school that is not on this list you may still apply for siblings to attend there.

If your family has a student at a school that is not on the list and you have moved out of the boundary for that school, you may still apply for your student to continue at the school.

If you currently attend a different school and your neighborhood/boundary school is not on the list, you may still apply for your student to return to their neighborhood/boundary school.

Per District Policy, in-district applications are considered before out-of-district applications. All choice applications received by the January 31st deadline will be considered at the same time. There is NOT an appeal process to denied Choice applications.

Families wishing to enroll in a Five Star District school for the next school year should apply during the first round of Choice for priority consideration. All applications that are received by the January 31st deadline are included in a random lottery for available spaces. The process is not first-come, first-served. The second and third round includes schools with remaining space available after the first round has closed.
Per District Policy, in-district applications are considered before out-of-district applications. There is no appeals process for denied applications.
Students with disabilities
The Choice program is open to students with disabilities. Students with disabilities receiving mild/moderate programming or placed in a Significant Support Needs (SSN), Affective Needs (AN) or Autism Spectrum Disorder Program (SLS) may apply to any program listed in our special education section. Spaces are subject to capacity and staffing resources.
