Graduation Requirements- Class of 2021 & Beyond

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students were unable to participate in many of the assessments originally outlined in the graduation requirements for the class of 2021. As such, the Adams 12 Five Star Schools Board of Education has waived the college and career competency requirements in English language arts and mathematics for this year’s seniors (set to graduate in the spring of 2021). The credit requirements outlined below still apply to the class of 2021.

College and Career Readiness

In addition to the 23 credits listed above, the Class of 2022 & beyond will be required to demonstrate College and Career Readiness in both English and mathematics by achieving a minimum score in at least ONE of the competency demonstrations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These requirements do NOT apply to the class of 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students were unable to participate in many of these assessments. These requirements will begin with the class of 2022.

Adams County and Adams 12 Five Star Schools Aim for the Stars Scholarship is proud to announce the 2020 winners of the multi-year scholarship. Each student will receive $21,000 over four years to attend a public college or university in Colorado. Congratulations, students!
