In conjunction with Thornton High School's Maker Lab club we are utilizing both our recources to be able to create larger programs. Utilizing their room we will be creating and learning about coding, mechanical structures, math, native cultural knowledge, and discussions regarding college, cultural awareness and leadership skills. This semester we are creating a halloween based project using LED lighting, coding, microbit computers and science projects. Following Halloween we will work on creating an escape room using the skills and knowledge created from the previous work. The projects for next semester are to be determined based on the interests of the students.
