Parents and guardians asked to provide feedback to schools
Adams 12 Five Star Schools believes every parent and guardian plays a key role in the education of a child. One way the Five Star District measures student success is by understanding how satisfied and engaged parents are at the school and district level.
As part of a commitment to parent satisfaction, parents and guardians are asked to take a Parent Engagement and Satisfaction survey between Feb. 8 and Feb. 21, 2016.
Feedback will provide valuable information to schools, letting each school know where it’s doing well and where it can improve. From academics to culture to communication, parent opinions matter!
Take Our Online Survey
The survey is administered nationally, which verifies results and ensures the data remains anonymous. The survey should take 15 minutes to complete and can be taken in English or Spanish, online or on paper. Paper copies are available at schools upon request. If parents have children at different schools, we ask that you fill out the survey for each school, so feedback is specific to each school.
Survey results will be shared with families and schools by the end of the school year.
