2016 Bond Program timeline announced

District outlines multi-year timeline for bond projects at all schools

Thanks to the generosity and support of the Five Star community, the 2016 bond proposal passed! The Five Star District is now able to invest in aging school buildings, relieve overcrowding, address programming needs and ensure all students in the Five Star District are able to learn in a safe, warm and dry environment.

Parents invited to attend kindergarten information night on Dec. 6

Parents of 2017-2018 Five Star District kindergartners are invited to learn the ins and outs of attending school on Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 5:00-7 p.m. at the Adams 12 Five Star Schools Educational Support Center – 1500 E. 128 th Ave, Thornton, CO 80241.

On Saturday, November 5 Adams 12 Five Star Schools along with Adams 14 and Westminster Public Schools will host the third annual parent academy.

Workshops for parents or caregivers will be available to effectively support their children’s success and well-being. Parents or caregivers will learn how to impact positive change on a personal, school and community level.

Record number of parents provide valuable feedback to schools

Last spring, Adams 12 Five Star Schools parent community responded in record number to the 2016 Parent Engagement and Satisfaction Survey. A total of 5,730 parents across the Five Star District participated in the online survey, in English and Spanish, more than doubling the amount of participants in 2012.
