Five Star District to conduct an online community survey
Help shape future programming, facility improvements and learning opportunities for students
Participate in our community survey
Adams 12 Five Star Schools will conduct an extensive online community survey among student-parent and non-parent households from Thursday, Jan.12 to Friday, Jan. 27. The survey will be available in English and Spanish and will take 15 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
We encourage all adult school district residents to participate and share their thoughts and opinions regarding preschool to 12th-grade education programs, student learning and education policies. Results from the survey will help inform the continued implementation of the district’s strategic plan ELEVATE, as well as the development of Blueprint, the district’s long-range academic programming and facilities plan that supports our strategic plan.
There are several ways for school district residents to participate in the survey:
Some residents will receive a text message inviting them to participate in the survey on the afternoon of Thursday, Jan. 12. The MMS text survey invitation will have the Adams 12 Five Star Schools logo displayed prominently at the top.
To ensure school district residents are provided multiple opportunities to participate in the survey, several email and MMS text reminders will be sent during the survey data collection period from Thursday, Jan. 12 to Friday, Jan. 27.
