New classroom-to-home communication tool for the fall

Get ready for an exciting update in the 2025–2026 school year! The district is launching a brand-new app featuring our first-ever two-way communication tool, available in every school and classroom.

With Rooms integrated into the app, families will receive all school and teacher announcements and messages in one convenient place—saving time and making communication easier than ever!

When you use the app you will experience:

• Secure, two-way messaging between families and staff
• Communication with teachers and staff at every school and classroom 
• District live feed, news, events and more
• Each child’s individual school information like dining menus, news, and announcements. 
• Automatic language translation, so you receive and send messages in your preferred language

The district app will be available this summer! 

When it’s ready, you will receive information on how to download it and set up your account prior to the start of school. 

The district has invested in this tool and that means it is free for families and staff.
