Summer 2025 Bond Projects By the Numbers

Summer 2025 served as the kickoff to the first round of bond projects at Adams 12 Five Star Schools. Across each corner of the district, thousands of students, staff and community members will see the benefits of this year’s projects.

Construction workers have spent the past eight weeks working at project sites throughout the district. In the coming weeks, crews will leave as students and staff return. 

Throughout all bond project sites, crews have collectively spent thousands of hours shoveling asphalt, laying roofing, running fiber optic cabling, installing playground equipment and more. 

To quantify the full extent of this year’s projects, we looked at the cumulative size, scale and impact of the major bond projects taking place this year. 

By the numbers: Bond projects

• 14,613 tons of asphalt
• 148,090 square feet of roofing
• 811 miles of fiber optic cabling
• $14.1 million in total investment
• 9,800 students who benefit from projects
• Two new playgrounds
• Eight weeks of work
