Eagleview hosts SEL Open House for community

As a way to celebrate National Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Week, the mental health team at Eagleview Elementary set up an SEL Open House for all families. Students and parents across grades K-5 came to learn how to increase skills in areas such as cooling down, positive self-talk, regulating emotions, building friendships, and problem solving. Games, books, take-home resources, and activities were provided for families to try. This was a fun and playful way to get families engaged in SEL learning and get the opportunity to talk 1:1 with the SEL Specialist and School Psychologist!
