Adams 12 Five Star Schools Family Outreach Liaisons participate in monthly professional learning aligned with district and school goals. In November, they finalized group learning norms, analyzed Family-School Relationships survey data to create action plans for increasing participation, and explored ways to enhance family engagement by positioning families as partners in education.
