North Star Elementary's English Language Development (ELD) and front office teams worked together to adapt the newcomer interview quickly in order to welcome a number of new families from south and central American countries.

Shout out Sarah Ramirez, Jamie Newman, Pam Preza, and Veronica Munoz-Gutierrez for their dedication and heart in this space. They have helped families feel welcome in our space and effectively navigated communication with staff about how we can know and support our new North Star families!
