Pathways and partners collaborate on Anti-Smoking Day
- Care
- Focus on Students
Pathways recently hosted an Anti-Smoking/Vaping Day, in partnership with the Adams County Health Department and Chick-fil-A on 120th. The event featured two tables: one with a visual aid of a fake cigarette and a paper pledge for students to commit to not smoking, while the other table, hosted by the health department, offered helpful resources and swag. A total of 18 students signed the pledge to stay smoke-free. As a special incentive, Chick-fil-A will celebrate the students who remain smoke-free, with a follow-up check-in in a week or so to see how they're doing. It was a great day to raise awareness and support healthy choices!
