Staff learn to recognize assets at development activity

Our Family Outreach Liaisons have the invaluable opportunity to engage in monthly professional development with the Equity and Engagement Department. During their February session, they participated in hands-on learning that powerfully demonstrated the impact of viewing differences as assets rather than obstacles. This insightful experience highlighted how embracing diverse perspectives strengthens a team’s ability to achieve its goals. The knowledge and skills they bring back to their schools continue to enrich family engagement and create more inclusive, supportive communities!
