STEM Lab students explore a variety of careers
Occupational Identity begins as early as 1st grade. Students need early exposure, awareness, and experience with a variety of careers so that they build an expansive occupational identity with many pathways and choices to consider as they grow up.
STEM Lab 1st graders held a career fair where students explored a variety of careers from aerospace engineering and phlebotomy, to dentistry and electrical engineering. ALL from their own parent pool!
FiveStarSTEM values, encourages, and empowers kids to see that anything is possible when they grow up!
