STEM Launch hosts fun-filled Family Literacy Night
STEM Launch hosted a lively Literacy Night in collaboration with CU Boulder's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative
Welcoming more than 140 students and families, the event focused on sharing fun, hands-on strategies to build literacy skills at home, such as using magnetic letters on cookie sheets to practice letter matching and spelling sight words.
Families explored activities together, discovered new ways to support reading and writing, and left with take-home resources to keep the learning going. The night celebrated the power of families and schools working together to spark a love of literacy in students.
