Thornton Middle welcomes Newcomers with special event
Thornton Middle School's ELD staff, including Rebecca Cramer, Charlene Fauls, Kelly Geerdes, Kim Lucero, Gregory Payne, and Brandi Potestio organized a Newcomer Welcome Event for Back to School Night for their newly arrived families and students. Additionally, Laura Bowman helped by personally inviting families to attend. This small group experience allowed for more intimate connections between families, students, and staff, as well as cultivates a welcoming environment for ALL.
