School and community resources will be on-site for students and families. 

Adams County Health Department Immunization Clinic will be providing low - and no - cost MMR, Varicella, and Tdap vaccines for uninsured, Medicaid, and CHP+ eligible kids. They can also print vaccine records from CIIS, the state immunization registry, transcribe records and input records into CIIS so that you, your schools and healthcare providers can easily access them. Please bring any vaccine records you have to the Back to School Bash! Click here to register your child for the vaccine clinic.
