Adams 12 Five Star Schools uses Alerts by Apptegy for mass communication — including text alerts, emails and phone calls — from both the district and all schools.
Family contact information in Alerts comes directly from Infinite Campus (IC). Parents/guardians are encouraged to log into their IC account or contact their child's school to ensure all contact information is correct and up-to-date.
Text Messaging
District and school text messages come from 98900, the official number for school and district text alerts. We encourage saving this number in your phone as “Adams 12 Text Alerts” so you can easily recognize our messages.
- What you’ll receive: Important updates such as weather delays or closures, safety notifications, and other district or school announcements.
- Staying informed: When you receive your first text message from 98900, it will also include opt out instructions if necessary. Please note that opting out means you will not receive important time-sensitive updates from the school or district by text.

The free Adams 12 Five Star Schools mobile app makes it easier than ever to stay connected with your school community. This app includes our first-ever two-way communication tool, available in every school and classroom.
