Reporting Options

Complainants have a variety of options to report allegations of sex-based discrimination and harassment. Complaints can be made to the Title IX/Non-Discrimination Coordinator 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week by voicemail, email, or completing the Sex-Based Discrimination and Harassment Incident Report.  In addition, Complaints can be submitted to state and federal agencies, including (but not limited to):
