Revised due to changes in state law

Reports must be made as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 24 hours after receiving the information

Employees are not required to report if they learn of the suspected abuse/neglect outside of their official capacity

Adds state requirement that reports not be filed due to race, ethnicity, socioeconomic or disability status

Sexual Harassment (Title IX)

Revisions reflect the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting categories have been updated to remove fondling and replace the term with criminal sexual contact.
