The Adams County Housing Authority serves county residents for whom conventional housing is unaffordable. They assist individuals, families, seniors and persons with disabilities throughtout all of Adams County, including the rural and unincorporated areas. Their goal is to provide these households with quality, affordable housing options while supporting their efforts to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Rent, Mortgage & Utility Assistance

ACHA provides financial assistance for rent/mortgage and/or utility assistance for county residents who meet program criteria. Each household that receives assistance is also provided with counseling through ACHA's Housing Counseling department. How does it work?

Interested parties need to attend a Rent and Utilities Resource Workshop.

When: Every Monday (except Holidays) 8:45am - 11:00am

Please bring 30 days of ALL household income. ACHA will be reviewing your legal rights and responsibilities. Attendees will be referred to the proper resources and informed of currect assistance available through various ACHA grant programs.
