How to Apply to Rent a Facility

Application Information & Timeline

  • Application for Facility Use Locations available at various schools
  • Application for Athletic Field Use
  • 2022-2023 Application Timelines:
    August 9: for use September 6, 2022-December 31, 2022
    November 8: for indoor use January 1, 2023-May 27, 2023
    January 10: for FIELD rental only February 13, 2023-May 25, 2023
    March 7: for use May 26, 2023-August 16, 2023

    *Facility tours will be scheduled on Wednesday afternoons only.

What's Needed to Apply

  • $25 application fee
    • An additional fee of $100.00 is due when use occurs on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. This fee will be applied to the balance due.
    • Fee Schedule
    • Full payment must be made a minimum of four (4) days prior to the first date of use.​
       
  • Proof of liability insurance
     
  • Verification of non-profit status seven (7) days prior to intended use (if applicable)
