- No indoor use is permitted the first day of school through, and including, Labor Day.

2025-2026 Application Timelines:
August 5: for use September 2, 2025-December 31, 2025
November 4: for indoor use January 1, 2025-May 31, 2026
January 6: for FIELD rental only February 9, 2026-May 31, 2025
March 10: for use June 1, 2026-August 7, 2026
What's Needed to Apply
- Fee Schedule
- Full payment must be made a minimum of four (4) days prior to the first date of use.
- Proof of liability insurance
- Verification of non-profit status seven (7) days prior to intended use (if applicable)
Submit your application
*New Facility Rental Rates for the 2025-2026 school year*.
All spaces will increase $2.00/hr.
New Custodial fee $40.00/hr.
