What is Online Check-in?

The online check-in process is the district's check-in process for all families with returning K-12 students enrolled in any district school, including charters. The check-in process is open from July through August and can be accessed through the Infinite Campus parent portal.

Class schedules and teacher assignments will be available in Infinite Campus prior to the first day of school for families who have completed the annual online check-in process.

*If you are a new student to Adams 12 Five Star Schools please input your address into our school finder and contact the school your student will attend for registration information.

What do I need to complete the check-in process?

Keep in mind, only a legal parent/guardian in the primary household can complete the online check-in process. 

  • Current valid email address

  • An Infinite Campus (IC) parent portal account. *Don’t have an account, create one here. If you have an account but forgot your login information, reset your username and/or password.

    • ​If you are new to the district and need your child's ID number, contact your students school for assistance.

  • If you have moved, you need to upload an approved proof of residence document.  Examples: Current utility bill, mortgage statements, lease agreement, declaration of residence. For more options, visit here.  

  • Contact information for all parent(s)/guardian(s) and emergency contact(s) associated with your student(s).

See below for forms and information not included in the online process:

  • 2024-2025 school calendar: for information on assessment days, observed holidays and school breaks. [Spanish]

  • Health Services and Section 504: for information on required immunizations, necessary medication forms and eligibility for those with chronic health conditions.

  • Nutrition Services: for information on free and reduced meal benefits, and how to apply.

  • Athletics - middle school students interested in intramurals must submit a parent permission form to the school office. High school students must attend specified athletic check-ins for more information.

  • Transportation - Transportation Services will send route information to families directly over the summer.

  • Student fees: In your portal account you may see past student fees. These are from previous school years. Current year fees will be available in August and can be paid on PayForIt
