The following guide outlines our process during emergency situations and explains how families will receive information.

How to stay informed
During an emergency, families are contacted through information in Parent Portal (IC). Log in to your account or contact your child's school to make sure all information is correct.
Opt-in for text alerts
- Add cell number to Parent Portal (IC) in the cell phone field
- Text YES to 67587
Who will be notified
- Parents/Guardians of currently enrolled students via contact information in Infinite Campus
- Students in grades 6-12 via school email addresses. Students will receive all safety messages. *Exception: students will not receive messages about student or staff loss.
